Experimental study of reheat crack on TP321H stainless steel

摘要 针对TP321H钢的模拟焊接热影响区(HAZ)和焊接接头,开展稳定化热处理温度下的再热裂纹恒载试验和高温缓慢拉伸试验,发现TP321H钢焊缝具有较高的再热裂纹敏感性,临界断裂应力为35 MPa;而HAZ的再热裂纹敏感性较低,临界断裂应力为57 MPa。同时,对稳定化不锈钢的焊后稳定化热处理问题进行了讨论。 For the simulated HAZ and welded joint of TP321H steel,the reheat crack dead load test and high temperature slow tensile test at stabilized heat treatment temperature were carried out.It was found that the weld of TP321H steel had high reheat crack sensitivity,and the critical fracture stress was 35 MPa;while HAZ had low reheat crack sensitivity,and the critical fracture stress was 57 MPa.At the same time,the postweld heat treatment of the stabilized stainless steel was discussed.
