摘要 研究了在高温高压水环境中接管安全端部件308L焊缝金属的疲劳性能,获得在不同应变幅值条件下材料的低周疲劳寿命,分析试验数据与ASME规范平均疲劳曲线的关系,揭示了308L焊缝金属考虑环境因素的疲劳寿命的影响规律,并评价了不锈钢材料环境疲劳校正因子(F en)的适用性。 The fatigue performance of 308L weld metal of safety end part of nozzle was studied in high temperature and high pressure water environment.The low cycle fatigue life of the material under different strain amplitude was obtained.The relationship between the test data and the average fatigue curve of ASME code was analyzed.The influence rule of 308L weld metal fatigue life considering environmental factors was obtained.The applicability of environmental fatigue correction factor(F en)for stainless steel was evaluated.
