摘要 介绍了新型全压结构复合密封高压换热器的制造,为保证该换热器设计本质安全及制造工艺控制的开发,在Ω环密封结构中增加了一道C形环密封垫片,该密封结构可减少壳程介质对Ω密封环的腐蚀,降低设备介质的外漏。其中Ω环密封圈和隔膜的加工、管箱、管束以及设备水压试验是该换热器的制造关键和难点。该换热器研制成功后可用于石油化工热交换装置中高温高压临氢工况,应用范围广,是将来高温高压换热器品种结构发展的新技术,以期达到国外同等装置设备领先水平。 In this paper,the manufacture of a new type of full-pressure structure composite sealed high-pressure heat exchanger was introduced.In order to ensure the intrinsic safety of the heat exchanger design and the development of manufacturing process control,a C-ring gasket was added to theΩ-ring sealing structure.The sealing structure can reduce the corrosion of theΩseal ring by the shell side medium and reduce external leakage of the equipment medium.Among them,the processing ofΩ-ring sealing ring and diaphragm,channel box,tube bundle and equipment hydraulic test are the key and difficult points in the manufacture of this heat exchanger.After being successfully developed,this heat exchanger can be used in all petrochemical heat exchange units with high temperature and high pressure in the presence of hydrogen.It has a wide range of application.It represents the new technologies for high temperature and high pressure heat exchanger varieties and structures in terms of structural development to reach the leading level of foreign equivalent equipment.
