基于数据挖掘《临证指南医案》治疗吐血方剂组方用药规律

Prescription and Administration Rules in Treatment of Hematemesis in Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an Based on Data Mining

目的:借助中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件,分析叶天士《临证指南医案》中治疗吐血方剂的组方及用药规律。方法:将《临证指南医案·吐血》中治疗吐血的处方用药录入中医传承辅助平台V2.5,采用复杂系统熵聚类、改进互信息法、无监督熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析叶天士治疗吐血的组方用药规律。结果:对筛选出的213首治疗吐血的方剂进行统计分析,使用频次在前5位的中药分别是茯神、茯苓、人参、生地黄、麦冬,演化得出药物核心组合26组,新处方13首。结论:叶天士治疗吐血组方用药规律,一则承仲景之意,甘温建中阳,顾护胃气,健脾助运;二则柔肝育阴,调木舒肝;三则理肺卫,轻清滋养。

Objective: With the help of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS) V2.5, this paper analyzes the prescription and administration rules in the treatment of hematemesis in Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an written by YE Tianshi. Methods: The prescriptions for hematemesis in Chapter 2 Hematemesis, volume 2 of Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an were input into the TCMISS V2.5. The rules of prescription and administration in the treatment of hematemesis by YE Tianshi were analyzed via complex system entropy clustering technique, modified mutual information method, unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data mining methods. Results: According to the statistical analysis of 213 prescriptions for hematemesis, the top five Chinese medicines with higher frequency were Sclerotium Poriae Pararadicis,Poria,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng,Radix Rehmanniae Recens,and Radix Ophiopogonis. Besides,26 core combinations and13 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion: The rules of YE Tianshi’s prescriptions for hematemesis inherited the treatment concept of ZAHGN Zhongjing: first, use Chinese medicines with sweet and warm nature to invigorate middle yang, care for the stomach qi, and fortify the spleen and replenish qi;second, emolliate the liver and nourish yin, and regulate wood and soothe the liver;third,regulate the defense qi,and use light Chinese medicine to nourish.
