通窍鼻炎胶囊联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Tongqiao Biyan Capsules Combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray for Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察变应性鼻炎采取糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂以及通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗作用的临床疗效。方法:选择在本院进行变应性鼻炎治疗的90例病患为研究对象,采取随机数字排列表法将其分为2组各45例。对照组予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂以及通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗,比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、用药前后临床症状得分、治疗满意度情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组97.78%,对照组84.44%,2组临床疗效总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组6.67%,对照组24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床症状得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总满意度观察组97.78%,对照组86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:变应性鼻炎病患采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂以及通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗可提升治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,改善病患临床症状,提高其治疗满意度。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Tongqiao Biyan capsules for allergic rhinitis. Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the observation group was additionally treated with Tongqiao Biyan capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The scores of clinical symptoms before and after medication, the clinical effect, the adverse reactions rate, the treatment satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect was 97.78% in the observation group and 84.44% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the observation group and 24.44% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the score of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction was 97.78% in the observation group and 86.67% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Tongqiao Biyan capsules for allergic rhinitis can improve curative effect,clinical symptoms and treatment satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
