芳香疗法治疗肝气郁结型乳腺增生临床研究

Clinical Study on Aromatherapy for Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands of Liver Qi Depression Type

目的:观察应用芳香疗法通过循经按摩治疗肝气郁结型乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的肝气郁结型乳腺增生患者共86例。按随机数字表法分为2组各43例,观察组采用芳香疗法循经按摩结合乳癖消颗粒治疗,对照组采用乳癖消颗粒治疗,治疗4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。记录2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、乳房肿块大小、中医伴随症状评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分并进行比较。结果:治疗后,2组疼痛VAS评分、乳房肿块大小均低于治疗前;治疗后,观察组上述2项指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中医伴随症状胸胁胀满、心烦口苦、失眠多梦、易郁喜怒评分及总分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,治疗后观察组心烦口苦、易郁喜怒2项评分及总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组HAMA及HAMD评分均低于治疗前,观察组上述评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率观察组90.7%,对照组69.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用芳香疗法通过循经按摩治疗肝气郁结型乳腺增生具有良好的疗效,且能改善患者不同程度的焦虑、抑郁状态,无明显不良反应。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the application of aromatherapy by massage along meridians for hyperplasia of mammary glands of the liver qi depression type. Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands of the liver qi depression type who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and divided into two groups according the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The observation group was given aromatherapy by massage along meridians combined with Rupixiao granules,and the control group was given Rupixiao granules. Both groups were treated for three courses, four weeks being a course. The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), the size of breast mass, and the scores of Chinese medicine concomitant symptoms were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment,the VAS scores of pain in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the sizes of breast mass were smaller:after treatment,the two indexes above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Chinese medicine concomitant symptoms, namely distention and fullness in the chest and hypochondrium,vexation and bitter taste in the mouth,inability to sleep and profuse dreaming,and liability to depression and anger,as well as the total score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of vexation and bitter taste in the mouth,and liability to depression and anger as well as the total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the two scores above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The comparison of the clinical effect between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 90.7% in the observation group, and 69.8% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of aromatherapy by massage along meridians has good curative effect in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands of the liver qi depression type,which can improve various degrees of anxiety and depression without significant adverse reactions.
