Clinical Application Progress of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture for Analgesia in Pain Nursing

疼痛常给患者带来不适的体验,对于疼痛的管理一直是研究的热点与难点,药物止痛容易产生依赖性和不良反应,腕踝针已被证实在镇痛方面具有较好的疗效。综述腕踝针的概念,从经络学说、神经-体液学说、生物学说,探讨其阵痛机制,并总结腕踝针在急性疼痛、慢性疼痛、癌性疼痛和术后疼痛治疗领域中的应用,供临床工作参考。

Pain often brings discomfort to patients. The management of pain has always been a hot and difficult research topic. Drug dependence and adverse reactions are prone to occur in patients who use drugs to relieve pain,while wrist-ankle acupuncture has been proved to have better analgesic effect. The authors reviewed the concept of wrist-ankle acupuncture,discussed the pain mechanism from meridian theory, neurohumoral theory, and biological theory, and summarized the application of wrist-ankle acupuncture in the fields of acute pain,chronic pain,cancer pain,and postoperative pain,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
