摘要 为了解玫瑰花和月季花两个不同品种的成分组成和差异,利用超高效液相-串联四级杆飞行时间质谱分析法对两种物质进行分析和比较。结果表明,该方法可将样品中的成分进行有效分离。通过实验,玫瑰花共检出43种化合物,月季花共检出25种化合物。其次,玫瑰花中发现更多的黄酮、磷脂及糖酯类成分,并在其提取物中发现亚精胺类化合物。 An ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTof-MS)method was developed to study composition and differences of rose and Chinese rose.The results indicated that the various compounds were separated effectively by this method.Results showed that 59 substances were detected in rose and 42 components in Chinese rose.Moreover,more flavones,phospholipids and sugar esters,and spermidine compounds were detected in rose.
