在电力工程建设市场竞争越来越激烈的趋势下,施工企业对项目管理的投入日益降低,其结果对企业的实际运营影响非常大,甚至危害电力工程建设实体质量,反过来降低企业经济效益。论文旨在分析电力工程项目管理问题,同时针对这些问题提出科学的管理措施,以此提升电力工程的建设效率与质量。

Under the trend of more and more fierce competition in the power engineering construction market, the investment of construction enterprises in project management is decreasing day by day, which has a great impact on the actual operation of enterprises and even harms the quality of power engineering construction entity, which in turn reduces the economic benefits of enterprises. This paper aims at analyzing the problems of electric power project management and proposing scientific management measures to improve the construction efficiency and quality of electric power project.
