This paper introduces the concept of green construction management, based on the current situation of construction management, excavates the problems existing in environmental awareness, construction technology, supervision and management regulations, and puts forward innovative management mode. It strives to inject new vitality into the development of construction enterprises through formulating scientific green construction plans, giving priority to purchasing environmental protection materials, strengthening the energy conservation control, pollution control and human resources management innovation and other ways, which fully accords with the green environmental protection construction goals.
