摘要
随着全球数字革命和技术进步,各种数字贸易相关规则在区域协定中的出现,国家对于数字贸易也更加重视。本文的目的是梳理数字贸易的概念,分析服务贸易试点政策,探索数字化因素在贸易中的作用。利用随机前沿模型,构建数字化因素的指标,利用省级面板数据进行实证分析。结果显示:各省移动电话普及率(个/百人),每百家企业拥有网站数对于具有服务贸易出口具有促进作用。各省的出口效率值随时间、个体变化。本文得出结论,数字化因素可以促进服务贸易的出口,建议加快新基建,提升数字服务能力,构建数字贸易国内国际双循环。
With the development of global digital revolution and technology,it is important to understand the concept of digital trade or the role of digital factors in trade.With the emergence of various rules related to digital trade in regional agreements,countries pay more attention to digital trade.This article first summarizes the concept of digital trade and relevant literature,then analyzes the export of service trade by provinces in China with the combination of digitization measures in the recent policy.And then selects the digital indicators of each province to empirically analyze its impact on service trade.Finally,the conclusion and Suggestions are given.
