Research on Constructing the Characteristic Cultural Education System in Colleges and Universities

文化育人是高校实现立德树人根本任务的重要途径,而宿舍文化是构建文化育人体系的重要基石。文章结合武汉光谷职业学院文化育人实践,从找准问题、提升宿舍文化教育的针对性,强化措施、确保宿舍文化建设目标落到实处,健全制度、构建长效化的宿舍文化管理机制三方面入手,对宿舍文化建设、构建特色化文化育人体系的措施进行探讨。

Cultural education is an important way for colleges and universities to realize the fundamental task of establishing morality,and dormitory culture is an important cornerstone of building a cultural education system.The article combines the cultural education practice of Wuhan Guanggu Vocational College,from identifying the problem,improving the pertinence of dormitory cultural education,strengthening measures,ensuring that the goal of dormitory culture construction is implemented,improving the system,and building a long-term dormitory culture management mechanism.Starting from the aspect,the measures for the construction of dormitory culture and the construction of a characteristic cultural education system are discussed.
