手写签批是无纸化办公中的最后一环,根据某系统项目的开发经验,综合军方客户的具体要求,本文设计开发了一种仿真手写签批系统,该系统具有签批笔迹真实、跨平台应用等特点。签批的数据具有防篡改功能,有效保障了原笔迹签批的安全性,不可复制、不可抵赖,可显著提高文书处理效率,提升部队机关办公效率。

Handwriting-signing is the last segment of paperless office,according to development experience of certain project and user requirement coming from military.We developed a kind of handwriting-signing system according to need.The system is cross-platform and be able to keep facticity of person’s handwriting,at the same time anti-tampering.In a word,the kind of technical realization can improve efficiency of word processing and office working.
