四君子汤合痛泻要方加减治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性腹泻的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction and Tongxie Recipe in the Treatment of Chronic Diarrhea with Stagnation of Liver Qi and Spleen Deficiency

目的:探讨分析四君子汤合痛泻要方加减治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取60只刚出生的实验大鼠,随机分为观察组(30只)与对照组(30只)。对照组大鼠予以0.04mg/ml升麻素苷灌胃,给药剂量为1ml/100g;观察组大鼠予以四君子汤合痛泻要方灌胃,给药剂量为1ml/100g,两组大鼠皆连续用药8d。比较两组大鼠的用药前后体重变化、粪便含水量、抓力、活动度及内脏敏感性之间的差异。结果:两组大鼠接受治疗后的体重、抓力、总穿格次数、腹壁回撤反射(AWR)值皆高于治疗前(P<0.05),粪便含水量皆低于治疗前(P<0.05)。接受治疗后,观察组大鼠的粪便含水量低于对照组(P<0.05),抓力、总穿格次数、AWR值以及治疗前后AWR差值皆高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于升麻素苷,四君子汤合痛泻要方在肝郁脾虚型慢性腹泻大鼠模型中的应用能够更大程度提高大鼠抓力、增强活动度、降低粪便含水量及内脏敏感性,其临床疗效更为显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified sijunzi decoction and tongxie recipe in the treatment of chronic diarrhea with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency.Methods:60 newly born experimental rats were selected and randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The rats in the control group were treated by gavage with 0.04mg/ml prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,and the dosage was 1ml/100g.The rats in the observation group were treated by gavage with sijunzi decoction and tongxie recipe,and the dosage was 1ml/100g.Both groups of rats were treated continuously for 8 days.The differences of body weight,fecal water content,grip,activity and visceral sensitivity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The weight,grip,total number of perforations,abdominal wall retraction reflex(AWR)in two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and fecal water content was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the fecal water content of the rats in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the grip,the total number of perforations,the AWR and the difference in AWR before and after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,the application of sijunzi decoction and tongxie recipe in rat model of chronic diarrhea with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency can increase the grip strength,enhance the activity,reduce the fecal water content and visceral sensitivity,and its clinical effect is more significant.
