提高风电消纳能力的区域电网动态划分 被引量:4

摘要 针对大规模风电并网弃风严重的问题,基于各区域电网间互济达到提高风电消纳能力的思想,研究区域电网动态划分方法。以风电特性指标与负荷特性指标为约束,分析调峰约束下区域电网的风电消纳空间,构建区域电网风电出力与风电消纳空间的供需不平衡度,根据不同区域电网的供需不平衡度的互补性,引入区域电网的自平衡度指标与各区域电网间的互平衡度指标,建立区域电网动态划分的数学模型,提出基于平衡度指标的区域电网动态划分方法。最后,以新疆区域电网为例进行仿真,验证该文提出的区域电网动态划分方法的有效性与可行性。 Aimed at the serious problem of large-scale wind power grid-connection and wind abandonment,based on the idea which mutual assistance among regional power grids to improve the wind power consumption capacity,the dynamic partition method of regional power grid is studied. Wind power characteristic index and load characteristic index are taken as constraints,the wind power accommodation space of regional power grid under the constraint of peak load regulation is analyzed. The unbalance degree of supply and demand of the regional power grid wind power output and wind power accommodation space is constructed. According to the complementarity of unbalance degree of supply and demand in different regional power grids, the self-balanced degree index of regional power grids and the inter-balance degree index between regional power grids are introduced. A mathematical model for dynamic partition of regional power grids is established. A dynamic partition method of regional power grids based on balance degree index is proposed. Finally,Xinjiang regional power grid as an example is taken for simulation,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed region grid dynamic partition method is verified.
