摘要
以2.2 MW的INVELOX风力发电系统为研究对象,通过CFD方法获得在外部流场作用下,风力发电系统进出口的速度矢量与流线分布规律和文丘里管最佳风速下的发电效果。分析结果表明,INVELOX风力发电系统的进口气流的溢出率高,出口气流扩散受自然风阻碍大。针对问题提出改进方案:进口通过增加第2级导风板来减小溢出口面积,从而减少进口气流的溢出率;出口通过改变方向来使出口气流方向与自然风方向垂直,从而减少出口气流受自然风的阻碍。
Taking 2.2 MW INVELOX wind power generation system as the research object,through the method of CFD,the inlet and outlet’s velocity vector and streamline distribution and the power generation effect under the best wind speed of Venturi tube are obtained under the action of external flow field. The analysis results show that the overflow rate of the inlet flow in INVELOX wind power generation system is high and the diffusion of the wind out flow is greatly hindered by the natural wind.To solve the problem,an improved scheme is put forward:the overflow area is reduced for inlet by increasing the second stage wind guide plate,thereby reducing the overflow rate of the inlet flow,and to change the outlet flow direction to make the outlet flow direction perpendicular to the direction of the natural wind,thus reducing the hinder from the natural wind.
