摘要
采用具有动态反应池的电感藕合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS),以1.0×10-7 kg/L铀标准溶液强度值为参比,对不同含量的含铀样品直接在线分析并判别样品的浓度范围,从而选择标准/动态反应池双标准曲线模式对样品进行质谱检测。当浓度介于0.5×10-12~1.0×10-7 kg/L范围内,采用常规低浓度标准曲线模式对样品进行检测;当浓度介于1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5 kg/L,采用动态反应高浓度标准曲线模式。ICP-MS动态反应池测铀无需对样品进行二次处理,灵敏度高、分析速度快,可以对放射性物质中不同浓度铀进行快速检测。
Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is an effective way to detect the uranium.In this paper,ICP-MS with dynamic reaction cell was used to measure the uranium in radioactive materials.With 10-7 uranium standard solution as the reference,the uranium samples were firstly to determine the concentration range to choose the right working curve mode,and then be analyzed in detail by the ICP-MS with dynamic reaction cell.If the uranium sample concentration in the range of 0.5×10-12 to 10-7,the low concentration standard curve model will be used;if the sample concentration is between 10-7 and 10-5,the dynamic reaction high concentration standard curve model will be chosen.The results show that the ICP-MS with dynamic reactor cell method can rapidly detect the uranium of different concentrations in radioactive materials with the characteristics of high sensitivity and avoiding the secondary time sample treatment.
