摘要
介绍了Inconel718合金,简述了选区激光熔化技术的特点和加工过程,以及选区激光熔化成形Inconel718合金制造的参数对成型试样性能有重要的影响。通过热处理可以改善合金的力学性能,讨论了Inconel718合金中δ相对该合金的影响。
Inconel718alloy was briefly introduced,and the characteristics and processing process of selected laser melting technology were briefly described.Meanwhile,the parameters of Inconel718alloy produced by selective laser fusion have important influence on the properties of the forming samples.In addition,the mechanical properties of the alloy could be improved by heat treatment.Finally,the influence ofδphase on the alloy was discussed.
