消失模铸造球墨铸铁排水检查井的研发与应用

自主研发球墨铸铁检查井井室,采用消失模工艺整铸成形,利用现有的管件模具,投入较少的模具,生产成本低;与管道采用T型、K型承插式连接和法兰型接口连接,密封性能好,组装简单,施工便捷,维护费用低;井室内外涂敷防腐涂层,耐蚀性能好,使用寿命长。

The nodular cast iron inspection well chamber was produced by the EPC process.The lost foam process for integral casting and the existing pipe fitting mold were adopted,which used less mold and low production cost;T-type and K-type socket connection and flange type interface connection with the pipeline were adopted,which has good sealing performance,simple assembly,convenient construction and low maintenance cost;The well chamber was coated with anti-corrosion coating inside and outside,which has good corrosion resistance and long service life.
