摘要
为了解全球钛合金精密铸造领域知识产权状况,对全球钛合金精密铸造领域专利进行文献检索、数据提取和计量分析。从整体概览、技术分析、重点专利分析、专利法律状态分析维度对全球钛合金精密铸造专利予以揭示,呈现出全球钛合金精密铸造技术发展态势。研究表明,中日两国专利申请数量多,应对中外企业技术推进情况予以关注,专利保护集中在钛合金氧化物陶瓷型壳、离心铸造、熔模精密铸造等方面。
Literature retrieval,data extraction and quantitative analysis on patent documents in the field of global titanium alloy precision casting were carried out,aiming at understanding the status of intellectual property rights in the field.From the perspective of overall overview,technology analysis,key patent analysis and patent legal status analysis,the patent of global titanium alloy precision casting was revealed,presenting the development trend of global titanium alloy precision technology.The results show that China and Japan have a large number of patent applications,and attention should be paid to the technological progress of Chinese and overseas enterprises.Patent protection need to focus on technical topics such as oxide ceramic shell,centrifugal casting and investment casting.
