摘要 针对专家在复杂应急控制系统选择过程中的输入和输出偏好可能具有直觉模糊信息的特性,构建了评价信息为三角直觉模糊数的DEA决策算法。首先,分别在乐观和悲观环境下构造了三角直觉模糊DEA模型,并借助于三角直觉模糊数的期望得分函数将三角直觉模糊DEA模型转化为易于计算的线性规划模型,从而得到每个DMU的乐观和悲观效率;其次,为了提高区分DMU有效排序的效果,提出了三角直觉模糊超效率DEA模型对DMU进行全排序;最后,将乐观和悲观环境下的两种模型进行融合,构建了三角直觉模糊DEA决策算法,并将其应用于应急控制系统选择过程。 In the selection process of complex emergency control system, the input and output preferences provided by experts may have the characteristics of intuitionistic fuzzy information, so a new DEA decision-making algorithm is constructed, where the evaluation information is triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number. First, a triangular intuitionistic fuzzy DEA model is constructed under optimistic and pessimistic environments, and the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy DEA model is transformed into an easy-to-calculate linear programming model with the help of the expected score function of the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number, and the optimistic and pessimistic efficiencies of each DMU are obtained. Then, in order to improve the effect of ranking DMU effectively, a triangular intuitionistic fuzzy super-efficiency DEA model is proposed to fully rank DMUs. Finally, two models are integrated under the optimistic and pessimistic environment, and a triangular intuitionistic fuzzy DEA decision algorithm is constructed and applied to the selection process of emergency control systems.
