基于厚板生产大数据的智能监控系统研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对厚板生产过程中难以随时随地实时监控、产品质量波动较大等问题,以及在工业现场环境下数据采集、传输、存储等方面存在的诸多挑战,设计开发了基于厚板生产大数据的智能监控系统。系统采用基于物联网技术的分布式数据采集,解决了非结构数据与底层生产过程数据难以同步的问题,有效提高了数据采集的可靠性和有效性;采用关系型数据库和非关系型数据库相联合的分布式数据存储系统,大大提高了生产实时和非实时数据的存储效率;利用数据挖掘、深度学习等人工智能方法建立设备故障诊断、工况异常识别等智能模型;可视化技术辅助管理决策者和现场操作人员完成更有效的分析决策。最后,此系统已在国内东部某厚板生产线的应用中取得良好效果,初步实现了工业企业的智能化转型,为流程工业智能工厂的建立和完善提供了参考。 In view of the problems such as the difficulty of real-time monitoring at any time and place,large fluctuation of product quality,and many challenges in data acquisition,transmission and storage in the industrial field environment,an intelligent monitoring system based on the industrial big data of heavy plate production is designed and developed.The system adopts distributed data acquisition based on Internet of Things technology,which solves the problem that unstructured data and underlying production process data are difficult to synchronize,and effectively improves the reliability and effectiveness of data collection.The distributed data storage system combined with relational database and non-relational database greatly improves the storage efficiency of real-time and non-real-time data of production.Data mining,deep learning and other artificial intelligence methods are used to establish intelligent models such as equipment fault diagnosis and abnormal working condition identification.The visualization technology assists management decision makers and field operators to make more effective analytical decisions.Finally,the system has achieved good results in the application of a heavy plate production line in the east of China.It has initially realized the intelligent transformation of the industrial enterprise,which provides a reference for the establishment and improvement of smart factories in process industry.
