1994年的冬天,为唤醒市民的爱鸟、护鸟意识,青岛率先在全国沿海城市开展了"挽留海鸥行动"。冬日里,零星的海鸥小心翼翼地啄食着人们撒下的食物,给寂静的青岛海滨风景区增添了无限生机。故事就从这里开始了,20余年来,市民和游客踊跃参与"挽留海鸥行动",人数达上百万人次,并有众多青岛市民为此项活动捐款。如今,"挽留海鸥行动"变成了"亲近海鸥周末行动"。每到冬季,青岛前海海鸥蹁跹之际,驻足前海,人鸥欢悦,海鸥似乎成为了青岛的"城市鸟",成为青岛冬春赏海一景,人鸥共处海天一色的场景,不时地被定格在镜头里,也为文明建设打造了一张靓丽品牌。

In the winter of 1994,Qingdao took the lead in"the action to keep seagulls"in coastal cities across the country to arouse citizens’awareness of loving and protecting birds.In winter,scattered seagulls cautiously pecked at the food dropped by people,adding infinite vitality to the silent Zhanqiao seashore scenic spot.The story begins here.For more than 20 years,millions of citizens and tourists actively participate in"the action to keep seagulls.In addition,many Qingdao citizens donate money for the activity.At present,"the action to keep seagulls"transforms to"get close to seagulls".Every winter,when the seagulls in Qingdao seashore are dancing,people stop at the seashore,playing happily with seagulls.The seagulls seem to be the"city bird"of Qingdao and a famous scene of enjoying the sea in winter and spring.The scenario that people and gulls coexist and the sea and sky are the same is fixed in the camera from time to time.This also creates a beautiful brand for civilization construction.The sun is still warm and dazzling,reflecting on the blue sea,glorious just like gold after the beginning of winter in Qingdao.With the coming migratory season,more and more seagulls fly to this beautiful sea to live through the winter.The group of sea fairies come to Qingdao as promised,adding a touch of lively color.
