利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗对`2型糖尿病患者体质量指数与血糖水平的控制效果

Control Effect of Liraglutide Combined with Metformin on Body Mass Index and Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者采用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍进行治疗对体质量指数与血糖水平的控制效果。方法选取中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗方式,观察组给予利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗方式,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,对比体质量指数与血糖水平的控制效果。结果观察组患者体质量指数、空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白值控制效果均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,能够有效稳定患者体质量指数,减低血糖异常,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of liraglutide combined with metformin on body mass index(BMI)and blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University Yuedong Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received metformin treatment,the observation group received liraglutide combined with metformin treatment.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed,and the control effect of body mass and blood glucose level was compared.Results The control effect of BMI,fasting blood glucose level,2 h postprandial blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin value in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has a significant effect,which can effectively stabilize the body weight of patients and reduce abnormal blood glucose,which is worthy of promotiony.
