腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效比较

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Myomectomy and Traditional Open Surgery in the Treatment of Uterine Leiomyoma

目的比较分析子宫肌瘤应用传统开腹手术与腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月冠县中心医院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者,根据不同方案分为参照组与试验组,各40例。参照组应用传统开腹手术治疗,试验组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较参照组和试验组手术情况、总有效率、并发症率及生存质量。结果试验组手术时间、术后体温复常时间、首次排气及住院等时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率、生存质量得分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的效果更为确切,可缩短手术时间,减少并发症,促进患者术后恢复,还能进一步改善患者生存质量。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Guanxian Central Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected.According to different treatments,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,40 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional open surgery,while the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.Operation,total effective rate,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Results The operation time,temperature recovery after operation,first exhaust and hospitalization time of the test group were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the total effective rate and quality of life score of the test group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the test group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy is more effective in treating uterine fibroids,which can shorten the operation time,reduce complications,promote postoperative recovery of patients,and further improve the quality of life of patients.
