塞来昔布联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖对膝骨性关节炎患者的疗效

Effect of Celecoxib Combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨塞来昔布联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的疗效。方法选取沭阳县中医院2019年1月至8月收治的100例膝骨性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组给予单纯塞来昔布治疗,观察组给予塞来昔布联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗。对比两组治疗前后国际骨关节炎评分标准(Lequesne)指数、步行20 m疼痛程度、不良反应发生率情况。结果观察组治疗15 d、45 d后Lequesne指数评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组轻度、中度、重度患者治疗45 d后Lequesne指数评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗15 d、45 d后步行20 m的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论塞来昔布联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨性关节炎患者可有效改善关节功能,减轻疼痛程度,且不良反应小。

Objective To investigate the effect of celecoxib combined with glucosamine hydrochloride on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,50 cases each.The control group was treated with celecoxib alone,and the observation group was treated with celecoxib combined with glucosamine hydrochloride.The Lequesne index,pain degree of 20 m walking,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The Lequesne index scores of the observation group after 15 days and 45 days of treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's mild,moderate and severe Lequesne index scores were lower than those of the control group after 45 days of treatment(P<0.05);The VAS score of the observation group walking 20 m after 15 days and 45 days of treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the ratio(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects in the observation group compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Celecoxib combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in patients with knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve joint function.
