地佐辛治疗急性心肌梗死胸痛疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Dezocine for Chest Pain in Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨地佐辛治疗急性心肌梗死胸痛的临床疗效。方法选取山西省晋城市沁水县人民医院2019年2月至12月接诊的140例急性心肌梗死胸痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组70例。对照组在常规药物治疗基础上给予盐酸二氢埃托啡舌下片治疗,试验组在常规药物治疗基础上给予地佐辛治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果试验组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,试验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛治疗急性心肌梗死胸痛具有降低VAS评分、不良反应发生率以及提高治疗有效率的作用。因此,应将地佐辛推广至急性心肌梗死胸痛临床治疗中。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dezocine for chest pain in acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 140 chest pain patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)who were admitted to People's Hospital of Qingshui County from February to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and test group according to the random number table method,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was treated with dihydroetorphine hydrochloride sublingual tablets based on conventional drug therapy,and the test group was treated with dezocine based on conventional drug therapy to compare the clinical therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction chest pain can reduce the VAS score,the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the treatment efficiency.Therefore,dezocine should be extended to the clinical treatment of acute myocardial infarction chest pain.
