地西他滨联合CAG治疗老年急性髓系白血病的疗效分析

Efficacy of Decitabine Combined with CAG in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia

目的分析老年急性髓系白血病使用地西他滨联合CAG方案(阿糖胞苷+阿克拉霉素/阿柔比星+粒细胞集落刺激因子)的临床治疗效果。方法选取菏泽市东明县人民医院2018年2月至2019年10月收治的60例老年急性髓系白血病患者作为研究对象,结合患者治疗意愿分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),观察组采用地西他滨联合CAG治疗,对照组采用CAG方案治疗。对比两组患者的综合治疗效果、治疗安全性、血常规指标及随访6个月的生存率。结果观察组患者的总治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗后的血小板计数、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,且随访期间的生存率高于对照组,组间比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年急性髓系白血病应用地西他滨联合CAG治疗,可以有效提高治疗效果,延长患者的生存时间,且治疗安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of decitabine combined with CAG regimen(cytarabine+aclacinomycin/adriamycin+granulocyte colony stimulating factor)in the treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia.Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia admitted to People's Hospital of Dongming County from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=30,the combination of desitabine and CAG was used for treatment)and control group(n=30,CAG regimen was used for treatment)according to their treatment intention.The two groups were compared treatment effect,treatment safety,blood routine and survival rate of 6 months were analyzed.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the platelet count and hemoglobin level after treatment were higher than that of the control group,and the survival rate during the follow-up period was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of decitabine combined with CAG in the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia can improve the treatment effect,prolong the survival time of patients,and the treatment safety is high,worthy of clinical application.
