老年2型糖尿病患者基础胰岛素门诊治疗的效果观察及安全性分析

Effect Observation and Safety Analysis of Basic Insulin Outpatient Treatment for Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者选用基础胰岛素治疗的价值。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月南方医科大学南海医院收治的100例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按1∶1比例分为对照组(n=50,选择降糖药物治疗)、观察组(n=50,选用降糖药物+基础胰岛素治疗),统计两组临床疗效、低血糖率、血糖水平、临床指标。结果观察组临床疗效100.00%高于对照组88.00%,观察组低血糖率2.00%低于对照组14.00%,观察组空腹血糖(FBG)(6.64±0.76)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)(8.14±0.36)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)(6.26±0.25)%低于对照组,观察组临床指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基础胰岛素在老年2型糖尿病治疗中极具优势,可明显降低血糖水平及低血糖发生率,亦可减少患者体质量,提高治疗安全性、有效性,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the value of basal insulin therapy in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Selection from February 2018 to February 2020,Nanhai Hospital of Southern Medical University treated 100 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object,according to the proportion of 1∶1 were divided into control group(n=50,choose glucose-lowering medications),the observation group(n=50,choose glucose-lowering drugs+insulin treatment),statistics of two groups of clinical curative effect,low blood sugar,blood glucose level,clinical indicators were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group 100.00%was higher than that of the control group 88.00%,the rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group 2.00%was lower than that in the control group 14.00%,observation group fasting blood glucose FBG(6.64±0.76)mmol/L,2 h blood glucose after meal 2 hPG(8.14±0.36)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin HbAlc(6.26±0.25)%,lower than the control group,the clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the statistical value was significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Basal insulin has great advantages in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes.It can significantly reduce the blood sugar level and the incidence of hypoglycemia,reduce the weight of patients,and improve the safety and effectiveness of treatment.It is worth learning.
