摘要
采用真空感应熔炼-快速降温冷凝工艺制备铜锌合金,并以铜锌合金制备锌灯阴极,及具有高信号强度、高稳定性的锌灯。与采用纯锌阴极材料相比,采用铜锌合金阴极材料的空心阴极锌灯噪音<0.2%,稳定性漂移<0.6%,可显著改善锌灯在原子吸收和原子荧光分析中放电不稳定的问题,使锌灯寿命增长43%。
The copper zinc alloy was prepared by vacuum induction melting-rapid cooling and condensation process,then it was used to be the cathode of zinc lamp,achieving zinc lamp with high signal intensity and high stability.Compared with pure zinc cathode material,the noise of hollow cathode zinc lamp with copper zinc alloy is less than 0.2%,and the stability drift less than 0.6%.The discharge instability of zinc lamp in atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence analysis is significantly improved,and the service life is increased by 43%.
