摘要
车身涂装现场分部自动化程度高,风、水、电、气等能源消耗大,在日常生产过程中,需要对能源使用情况进行深入系统的统计分析,通过智能改进,在保证产品质量的基础上调整工艺参数与工艺时间,设备启停时间管控等方式消除大型设备空载运行时间,操作者等待设备运行时间,设备开关机等待时间;对能耗情况实现优化,降低总能源消耗,缩减单车制造成本,提高企业在市场上的竞争力。
The high degree of automation in the division of truck body painting is the "leading" division of energy consumption such as wind,water,electricity and gas inside the enterprises.In the daily production process of the painting division,it is necessary to carry out an in-depth and systematic statistical analysis of energy consumption by means of intelligent improvement,adjustment of process parameters and process time on the basis of ensure of product quality,control of the start-up and stop-down time of equipment,etc., to eliminate the no-load operation time of large equipment,operators waiting time for operation of equipment and the equipment switch waiting time,optimizing the energy consumption,reducing the total energy consumption,the cost of unit truck manufacturing and improving the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
