New Progress in Targeted Therapy and Immunotherapy for Malignant Melanoma

黑色素瘤(malignant melanoma,MM)恶性程度高,易发生淋巴和血行转移,死亡率高,确诊后的手术治疗可以治愈大多数未转移的MM患者,已发生转移的患者治疗手段有限且预后极差。近年来,随着基础免疫学和肿瘤生物学的迅速发展,针对MM发生发展、侵袭转移的过程,靶向药物和免疫疗法的产生为不可切除或伴有全身转移的患者提供了新的治疗方法。

Melanoma is usually highly malignant, which is prone to lymphatic and hematogenous metastasis, and has a high mortality rate. Surgical treatment can cure most confirmed unmetastatic malignant melanoma. Treatment options for malignant melanoma with metastasis are limited with poor prognosis. In recent years, with the rapid development of basic immunology and tumor biology, targeting drugs and immunotherapy, which focus on the development, invasion and metastasis of malignant melanoma, are new treatment for unresectable or metastatic malignant melanoma.
