摘要
[目的]获得生产橘绿木霉GF-11水分散粒剂的最佳配方和最佳工艺条件。[方法]通过相容性试验筛选水分散粒剂的配方,运用正交试验优化加工工艺。[结果]获得制备橘绿木霉GF-11水分散粒剂的最佳配方:0.74%海藻酸钠(载体),0.35%β-环糊精(保护剂),0.70%磷酸二氢钾(稳定剂),0.71%羧甲基纤维素钠(分散剂),0.35%硫酸钠(崩解剂),0.70%聚乙二醇(黏结剂);最佳工艺条件为筛选粒径0.4 mm,烘干温度30℃,烘干时间72 h;水分散粒剂含量为60~80 g/L时,表面张力近似于烟叶临界表面张力。[结论]获得了符合国家标准要求的水分散粒剂及其加工工艺,这为发挥橘绿木霉GF-11的田间防效奠定了基础。
[Aims] This study aims to screen out the optimal formula and the optimal process conditions of Trichoderma citrinoviride GF-11 water dispersible granules. [Methods] The optimal formula and optimal process conditions of water dispersible granules were screened out by the compatibility experiment and orthogonal experiment,respectively. [Results] The optimum formulation of T. citrinoviride GF-11 water dispersible granules are as following:sodium alginate(carrier) 0.74%, β-cyclodextrin(protectant) 0.35%, KH2 PO4(stabilizer) 0.70%, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(dispersant) 0.71%, Na2 SO4(disintegrant) 0.35%, polyethyleneglycol(binder) 0.70%. The optimal process conditions were as follow: the particle size of the water dispersible granules 0.4 mm, drying temperature 30 ℃, drying time 72 h. It is close to the critical surface tension of tobacco leaves when the content of water dispersible granule was from 60 to 80 g/L. [Conclusions] This study gets the optimal process conditions of T. citrinoviride GF-11 water-dispersible granules, which accords with the national standards.
