东北地区半田间条件下四氯虫酰胺和吡虫啉对蜜蜂的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Tetrachlorantraniliprole and Imidacloprid on Honeybees in Semi-field Condition in Northeast China Region

摘要 [目的]为合理使用四氯虫酰胺,判定其对蜜蜂的毒性影响,进行蜜蜂高阶试验——蜜蜂半田间试验。[方法]在东北地区半田间试验条件下,选用甘蓝型油菜作为蜜源作物,比较四氯虫酰胺和吡虫啉(田间施药量分别为30、42 g a.i./hm^2)对蜜蜂死亡率、飞行强度、蜂群状况等的影响。[结果]半田间试验条件下四氯虫酰胺对蜜蜂飞行能力及蜂群状况影响明显低于吡虫啉。[结论]结果可为四氯虫酰胺的安全使用提供理论基础。 [Aims] This study aims to determine the toxic effect of tetrachlorantraniliprole on honeybees for reasonable use, a high-order honeybee semi-field test was conducted. [Methods] Under the condition of semi-field test in Northeast China, Brassica napus was selected as the nectar crop to compare the effects of tetrachlorantraniliprole and imidacloprid(the field application rates were 30 and 42 g a.i./ha respectively) on the mortality, flight capability and colony status of honeybee. [Results] Under the condition of semi-field test, the effect of tetrachlorantraniliprole on flight capability and colony status of honeybee were significantly lower than those of imidacloprid. [Conclusions] The results could provide a theoretical basis for the safe use of tetrachlorantraniliprole.
