8种药剂对小麦蚜虫的生物活性测定及田间药效试验 被引量:4

Laboratory Bioassay and Field Efficacy Test of Eight Pesticides on Wheat Aphids

摘要 [目的]蚜虫是小麦生产中的主要害虫,通过室内生物活性测定及田间药效试验为小麦蚜虫的防治和药剂轮换使用筛选药剂。[方法]室内采用玻璃管药膜法、浸渍法,田间采用喷雾法评价8种药剂的室内生物活性和田间药效。[结果]在评价的3种化学药剂中,毒死蜱室内生物活性测定的LC50值最低,且田间防效最好,5种植物源农药中烟碱AS的田间防治效果最好。[结论]在麦蚜发生较轻时,可用烟碱替代化学农药防治麦蚜,遇麦蚜大发生,可用毒死蜱进行防控。 [Aims] Aphids are the main pests in wheat production, this study aims to screen out pesticides for control of wheat aphids and pesticide rotation by laboratory bioassay and field trials. [Methods] The glass tube film method and dipping method for laboratory bioassay and the foliar spray method for field trials were employed to evaluate the control effect of the eight pesticides. [Results] Among the three chemical pesticides, chlorpyrifos had the lowest LC50 and the best control efficacy in field. For the five botanical pesticides evaluated, nicotine solution was the best in field efficacy. [Conclusions]When the occurrence of wheat aphid is relatively light, nicotine can be used to replace chemical pesticides to control wheat aphids. In case of serious occurrence of wheat aphids, chlorpyrifos can be used for prevention and control.
