“工匠精神”视域下贵州高职院校师资队伍建设研究

Research on the Teaching Team Construction in Guizhou Higher Vocational Colleges under the Vision of Craftsmanship Spirit

本文以贵州某职业技术学院为例,对如何将“工匠精神”贯穿到贵州高职院校教师队伍建设中进行研究,分析贵州高职院校工匠精神视域下教师队伍的现状和问题,并提出相应措施,从而启发我们对贵州高职院校教师队伍建设的思路。

Taking a vocational and technical college in Guizhou as an example,this paper makes a study on how to integrate the spirit of craftsmen into the construction of teachers’team in Guizhou higher vocational colleges,analyzes the status quo and problems of teachers’team in Guizhou vocational colleges under the vision of craftsmanship spirit,and proposes corresponding measures so as to inspire our thoughts on the construction of teachers’team in Guizhou vocational colleges.
