Research on the Growth Path of Young Teachers of Intelligent Manufacturing Professional Group under the Background of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

产业转型升级不仅需要核心技术、品牌建设能力和政策支持,更需具有高素质的技术技能人才。高职院校青年教师则是培养高素质技术技能人才的中坚力量,是大国竞争的基础力量。目前,高职院校的青年教师在理论水平、教学能力、职业核心技能等方面还有待进一步提升。文中从四个方面探讨青年教师的成长途径,为广大青年教师成长提供有益可鉴经验。

Industrial transformation and upgrading need not only core technology,brand building capacity and policy support,but also high-quality technical talents.Young teachers in higher vocational colleges are the backbone of training high-quality technical talents and the basic force of competition in large countries.At present,young teachers in higher vocational colleges need to improve their theoretical level,teaching ability and professional core skills.This paper discusses the growth ways of young teachers from three aspects to provide useful experience for the growth of young teachers.
