“立德树人”融入新时代高校思想政治教育探析

An Analysis of Integrating“Moral Education and People Cultivation”into Ideological and Political Education of Higher Colleges in the New Era

本文从立德树人融入新时代高校思想政治教育的目的出发,说明了立德树人在教育中的重要性,从而指出了当前高校立德树人融入思想政治教育现状中的问题,为高等教育改革和发展提出了一些建议,指出当前高校思想政治教育工作还存在观念不到位、实效性有待提高、教育工作者队伍有待加强等问题,并有针对性地提出了“因德而育”“因事而化”“因势而新”“因时而新”四个方面的现实对策。

Based on the aim of integrating moral education and people cultivation into ideological and political education in higher colleges in the new era,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform and development of higher education.It points out that there are still some problems in the ideological and political education in higher colleges,for example,the idea is not in place,the effectiveness needs to be improved,and the team of educators needs to be strengthened,etc.And four practical countermeasures are put forward:“education based on virtue”,“changes based on things”,“innovation based on situation”and“innovation based on time”.
