从辅导员角度谈高职院校学生思想政治教育

On the Ideological and Political Education of Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Counselors

首先对当前高职学生自身的思想政治水平的情况及院校辅导员开展思想政治教育中出现的问题分别进行阐述,随后又分析了辅导员为做好思想教育工作,需要具备哪些能力要求。最后,为了让高职学生接受思想政治教育,辅导员分别从举办活动和积极帮助学生两方面入手,提出具体的措施办法。对今后各个高职院校思想政治教育工作都起到了良好的借鉴意义。

First of all,the current situation of the ideological and political level of vocational college students and the problems in the ideological and political education of college counselors are expounded respectively,and then the ability requirements of counselors to do a good job in ideological education are analyzed.Finally,in order to let higher vocational students accept ideological and political education,counselors put forward specific measures from two aspects:holding activities and actively helping students.It has played a good reference for the ideological and political education work in higher vocational colleges in the future.
