This article first of all explains compilation of Buddha's teachings,occurrence of the different perspectives,and the general situation of vinaya in the early spread of Buddhism in Tibet and that of in the later spread of Buddh ism after vinaya was spread to Tibet.Secondly your author argues that the importance of vinaya in the developmer of Buddhism per se,and the value of Buddhist adaptation to the socialist society and the management of monasteries.
