摘要
以生物基五亚甲基二异氰酸酯(PDI)三聚体为基础,筛选离子型亲水改性剂、中和剂,考察改性剂、中和剂用量及改性工艺与水性聚合物本征物性的关系,及其对双组分水性聚氨酯(2K-WPU)涂膜理化性能的影响。结果表明:采用3-环己氨基丙磺酸作为改性剂,占涂料总质量的2. 87%,N-甲基二环己胺作为中和剂,与改性剂物质的量比为1. 05,理想反应温度80℃,合成的离子型PDI水性固化剂,与未改性前的五亚甲基二异氰酸酯相比,涂膜具有高光泽、更优异的装饰,与HDI型水性产品相比,具有更低的黏度、更好的水分散性。
Based on the bio-polymer pentamethylene diisocyanate trimer,the study focused on the screened of the ionic hydrophilic modifiers and neutralizers,the relationship among the amount of modifier and neutralizer,the synthesis process and the intrinsic properties of the water-based polymer,and the influence on the physical and chemical properties of 2 K-W PU film.Results showed that 3 hexanaphthene amino propionic acid is an appropriate modifier,and the added amount is 2.87%of the total amount;taked N-methyl dicyclohexyl amine as neutralizer,the molar ratio to modifier was 1.05,and the temperature is 80℃synthesis of PDI water-based isocyanate curing agent,it showed,compared with the similar HDI,lower viscosity,better water dispersion.Compared with the unmodified pentamethylene diisocyanate,the film has high gloss and better decorative properties.
