摘要
儿童药物性肝损伤(DILI)受到全社会的普遍关注,了解我国儿童DILI的流行情况及常见药物的分布,有助于儿童DILI的预防、诊断和治疗,降低药物不良反应的发生。现就我国儿童DILI的流行病学及药物分布现状作一阐述。
Children's drug-induced liver injury(DILI)has attracted attention from the whole range of society.Understanding the epidemiology of DILI in children and the distribution of common drugs in China is conducive to the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of DILI in children,as well as the reduction of adverse drug reactions.The current situation of epidemiology and drug distribution of DILI in children in China is described.
