干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的研究进展

Research progress of interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

随着IFN治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床应用时间的延长,它的远期病毒学应答、预防肝硬化及肝癌的疗效被许多研究所证实,预测其疗效的各种因素进一步被揭示。IFN治疗慢性乙型肝炎的适应症扩大到非活动性慢性乙型肝炎,也取得了良好的疗效。此外,不少学者还探索了IFN和核苷(酸)类似物初治联合、经治联合、经治序贯治疗慢性乙型肝炎,进一步提高了疗效。此文就IFN治疗慢性乙型肝炎的最新进展作一综述。

With the extension of IFN application in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,its long-term virological response,the efficacy of prevention of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer have been confirmed by many studies,and various factors predicting its efficacy have been further revealed.On the other hand,the indication of IFN in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has been extended to inactive chronic hepatitis B,and it has achieved a good effect.In addition,many scholars have explored the combination of IFN and nucleos(t)ide analogues in initial,repeat and sequential treatment of chronic hepatitis B to improve the efficacy.The advances on IFN in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B are reviewed in this article.
