白细胞单采术治疗婴儿重症百日咳并脑病1例

Case report of infant severe pertussis with encephalopathy treated by leukapheresis

对2018年12月佛山市第一人民医院收治的1例重症百日咳并脑病患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。患儿,男,6个月23 d,因"咳嗽2周,加重3 d"入院,诊断为百日咳杆菌感染,行白细胞单采术治疗后好转,患儿住院19 d后病情稳定出院。结合国内外关于白细胞单采术治疗百日咳的文献报道,探讨白细胞单采术用于婴幼儿重症百日咳并脑病治疗的时机和有效性,提高重症百日咳患儿的生存率。

To describe a case report of a male patient aged 6 months and 23 days with severe pertussis and encephalopathy who was admitted to First People′s Hospital of Foshan in December 2018 due to a cough for 2 weeks,which continued to deteriorate for 3 days.The patient was diagnosed with Bordetella pertussis infection.Leukapheresis treatment improved and stabilized the patient′s condition,and the patient was discharged from the hospital after 19 days.The present literature was reviewed and the timing and effectiveness of leukapheresis treatment for the management of severe infantile pertussis with encephalopathy was discussed to improve the survival rate.
