摘要
目的分析北京地区2017—2019年移动单采血小板状况,为进一步推广移动单采血小板模式提供科学依据。方法运用SHINOW 9.0现代血站管理信息系统,收集2017—2019年移动单采血小板的献血者资料,分析献血者性别、年龄、献血人次、采血量、初筛不合格率、首次与重复献血者比例等情况。结果移动单采献血人群中以男性居多(67.9%,2800/4123),18—25岁年青献血者所占比例较大(90.0%,3712/4123),首次献血者高于重复献血者(53.1%/46.9%),移动单采献血者的初筛不合格率低于血站单采献血者(8%vs 12.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中白细胞和转氨酶不合格占血液初筛淘汰的前2位,分别为2.8%(68/2477)和2.3%(57/2477);3年累计移动单采血小板4117人次,共4453个治疗量;献血人次及采血量均逐年上升。结论北京地区移动单采血小板是1条新的采血路径,有助于扩大献血者队伍,增加血小板采集量,缓解临床供血压力,呈现良好的发展趋势。
Objective To analyze the status of mobile platelet apheresis donation in Beijing from 2017 to 2019,so as to provide scientific basis for further promotion of mobile platelet apheresis blood drives.Methods The data of mobile platelet apheresis donors from 2017 to 2019 were collected using Modern Blood Station Management Information System(SHINOW 9.0).The gender,age,number of apheresis donations,collection units,incidence of positive screening test,and the ratio of first-time donors to repeat blood donors were analyzed.Results Among the mobile platelet apheresis donors,67.9%(2800/4123)were male,90.0%(3712/4123)were young blood donors aged 18—25,and more first-time apheresis donors donated than repeat donors(53.1%vs 46.9%).The incidence of positive screening test in mobile apheresis donors was lower than that of blood center donors,showing statistically significance(P<0.05).Leukocyte and transaminase were the top two causes leading to deferral,accounting for 2.8%(68/2477)and 2.3%(57/2477),respectively.From 2017 to 2019,the total number of mobile platelet apheresis donation was 4117,with a total of 4453 U apheresis products collected,and the number of mobile apheresis donors and collection units increased year by year during past three year.Conclusion Increasing apheresis product availability by providing a new appraoch as mobile apheresis blood drives in Beijing was helpful to relieve the pressure of blood supply and presents a sound momentum of growth.
