摘要 辐射源个体识别技术可区分辐射源种类、确定辐射源身份,在军事和民用领域均具有广阔的应用前景,近来射频指纹的研究受到广泛关注。研究了基于射频指纹的辐射源个体识别技术。首先,分析了典型数字无线电发射机结构,从硬件电路的制造容差、漂移容差以及电路工作状态的影响等方面,探讨了辐射源射频指纹的产生机理;其次,从辐射源个体识别的一般模型出发,梳理总结了数据预处理、辐射源暂态和稳态特征提取以及分类识别的研究现状;最后,指出了目前研究中存在的问题和未来可能的发展方向。 Specific emitter identification method can identify the categories and individuals of radio devices,which has broad application prospect in military and civil fields.Recently the research of radiofrequency fingerprinting attracts extensive attention.This article firstly analyzes the structure of typical digital radio transmitters,then discusses the mechanism of radiofrequency fingerprinting from aspects of circuit elements fabrication tolerance,drift tolerance and work condition of the circuit.Secondly,based on the general model of specific emitter identification,the research status of data preprocessing,transient and steady features extraction,classification and identification are summarized.Last,the current research problems and the possible directions of future development are pointed out.
