摘要
军官岗位任职标准是军事人才的培养牵引、选拔条件和评价依据。军官职业化制度即将全面实行,科学构建军官岗位任职标准势在必行。研究探讨了排级军官岗位任职标准的构建策略,明确了工作组织的总体筹划,给出了岗位专业类别划分原则,提出了岗位任务需求剖析办法,确立了标准制定具体步骤。
The criterion of officers’post is the basis of military talents training,traction,selection and evaluation.The professionalization system of officers is about to be implemented in an all-round way,so it is imperative to establish the standards of officers’posts scientifically.This paper discusses the strategy of establishing the post standards for platoon officers,clarifies the overall planning of the work organization,puts forward the principle of dividing the professional categories of posts,provides the analysis method of the post task requirements,and establishes the standard and specifies the specific steps.
