基于多平台互交的无线数据采集系统研究与开发

摘要 NI公司制作的与LabVIEW匹配的数据采集卡价格昂贵、不支持编程处理,导致建立上位机与下位机通讯成本高、难更改等问题,通过数个开源平台,为上位机、下位机互交数据,并建立了数据处理方案。利用卡尔曼滤波、中值滤波提取加速度和悬架数值,编译非阻塞算法调取温度、子VI数据分割等数据处理方式,以LabVIEW软件作为上位机开发平台,Arduino软硬件作为下位机开发平台和控制板,在LoRa无线数据传输的基础上,开发了一个基于多平台互交的无线数据采集系统,并通过实验验证了数据传输距离的有效性和实用性。 At present,the data acquisition card made by NI company that matches LabVIEW is expensive and does not support programming.This leads to problems such as high communication costs and difficulty to change the establishment of the upper computer and the lower computer.By analyzing several open-ource platforms,the upper computer and the lower computer are mutually compatible.A data processing scheme is established.At the same time,Kalman filtering and median filtering are used to extract acceleration and suspension values,and non-blocking algorithms are compiled to retrieve data processing methods for temperature and subVI data segmentation.LabVIEW software is used as the host computer development platform,and Arduino software and hardware are used as the lower computer development platform and control board.On the basis of LoRa wireless data transmission,a wireless data acquisition system based on multi-platform is developed and experimentally verified the effectiveness and practicability of the data transmission distance.
