人工智能及虚拟导航技术联合应用于超声引导下危险部位肝癌微波消融的初步价值 被引量:2

Preliminary value of the combined application of artificial intelligence and virtual navigation technology in ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma in dangerous areas

摘要 目的分析人工智能及虚拟导航技术在超声引导下危险部位肝癌微波消融中的初步应用价值。方法选取2016年7月至2020年1月间南通市第三人民医院收治的18例(共20个病灶)拟行超声引导下肝癌微波消融术的肝癌患者,术前人工智能肝脏超声肿块辅助诊断系统标记拟治疗肝癌,虚拟导航技术模拟进针线路及消融范围,术中人工智能智寻肝癌行微波消融术,术后超声造影即刻评估。术后统计分析一次消融完全率、严重并发症发生率、微波前寻瘤及第一针步针时间。结果术前人工智能超声辅助诊断系统预警准确率为95%(19/20),但术中为85%(17/20),术后即刻造影一次消融完全率为95%(19/20),均未发生严重并发症,微波前寻瘤及第一针步针到位时间平均为8.2 min。结论人工智能及虚拟导航技术在超声引导下危险部位肝癌微波消融中的联合应用可优化微波前寻瘤及步针时间,提高一次消融完全率,减少严重并发症,具有较高临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the initial application value of artificial intelligence and virtual navigation technology in ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of liver cancer in dangerous areas.Methods In this study,18 patients with 20 liver tumors in dangerous areas in Nantong Third People's Hospital from July 2016 to January 2020 were selected and treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation.Before operation,the artificial intelligence ultrasound-assisted diagnostic system was used to mark the intended treated liver cancer,and the virtual navigation technology was used to simulate the needle insertion route and the ablation range.During operation,the artificial intelligence was applied to seek the liver cancer for microwave ablation.After operation,ultrasound contrast was immediately performed to evaluate the operation.The rate of one-time complete ablation,the incidence of serious complications,the time of pre-microwave tumor searching and first acupuncture were analyzed.Results The early warning accuracy of artificial intelligence ultrasound-assisted diagnostic system was 95%(19/20)before operation,and that during operation was 85%(17/20).The rate of one-time complete ablation immediately after operation was 95%(19/20),and no serious complications occurred.The average time of pre-microwave tumor searching and first acupuncture was 8.2 minutes.Conclusion The combined application of artificial intelligence and virtual navigation technology in ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of liver cancer in dangerous areas can optimize the time of pre-microwave tumor searching and first acupuncture,improve the rate of one-time complete ablation,reduce serious complications,which has high clinical application value.
