自拟安神解郁方联合西药治疗躯体化障碍35例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 35 Cases of Somatization Disorder Treated with Anshen Jieyu Decoction(安神解郁方)and Western Medicine

目的:观察自拟安神解郁方联合西药治疗躯体化障碍的临床疗效。方法:将72例躯体化障碍患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例。对照组患者予盐酸帕罗西汀片口服;治疗组患者在对照组的基础上口服自拟安神解郁方。疗程为8周。观察治疗前后症状自评量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、生活质量综合评定问卷,统计临床疗效。结果:对照组脱落1例、剔除1例,治疗组脱落1例。治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.43%(32/35)、70.59%(24/34),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症状自评量表各因子评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分较治疗前明显提高,且治疗组患者明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟安神解郁方联合西药治疗躯体化障碍临床疗效显著,可以明显改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Anshen Jieyu Decoction combined with western medicine on somatization disorder. Methods: 72 patients with somatoform disorder were randomly divided into control group(36 cases) and observation group(36 cases). The control group was given paroxetine hydrochloride tablets, and the observation group was given Anshen Jieyu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the symptom self-assessment scale, Hamilton depression scale, quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire and TCM symptom score were observed,and the clinical effect was statistically analyzed. Results: In the control group, one case fell off, one case was removed, and one case fell off in the treatment group. The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.43%(32/35) and 70.59%(24/34), respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the factor scores of SCL-90 and Hamilton Depression Scale in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the comprehensive quality of life questionnaire of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: The self-designed Anshen Jieyu Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with somatoform disorder, and the clinical effect is significant.
